What vegetables do you have for Christmas dinner? Here in the UK, the traditional Christmas vegetables are generally roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and roast parsnips. Lots of people would also include braised red cabbage and cauliflower cheese as Christmas vegetable essentials. And many would also add everyday favourites like broccoli, carrots and peas to that list.
But juggling multiple vegetable dishes can get complicated and stressful… which is why I have gathered together a bumper 25+ easy peasy Christmas vegetable recipes to make things that bit easier in the kitchen on Christmas day… so you can have more time to open presents, chat to friends and family and drink that glass of bubbly… rather than spending all morning feeling frazzled in the kitchen!
