But it’s so easy to get stuck in a rut of cooking the same old BBQ food… which can get a bit boring! Don’t get me wrong, I love the BBQ classics, but there’s a whole world of exciting food you can cook on the barbecue.
For this roundup I’ve gathered together 26 of my favourite easy peasy barbecue recipes to share with you. First, some lovely things to cook on the barbecue: a whole array of exciting burgers, kebabs and grilled meats. Next, I am sharing a beautiful selection of tasty salads and other barbecue sides. If you are catering for vegans simply swap the halloumi for a mix of griddled/barbecued courgettes and red peppers.
