What to serve with Sheet Pan Beef Kebabs
Serve these delicious homemade beef kebabs with flatbreads, red onions, tomatoes and garlic sauce, for a classic kebab shop style dinner.
Alternatively, these easy sheet pan kebabs go brilliantly with:
- Tzatziki
- Hummus
- Greek Pitta Bread
- Greek Salad
- Classic Coleslaw
- Rainbow Slaw
- Tabbouleh
- Creamy Potato Salad
- Fruity Couscous Salad
- Beetroot Salad
- Homemade Oven Chips
- Baked Sweet Potatoes
- Baharat Roasted Sweet Potato Cubes
Or, if you want to keep things super simple, serve them with a simple green salad and some shop-bought pittas – and maybe a dollop of shop-bought Tzatziki or Hummus on the side.
What to drink with Sheet Pan Beef Kebabs
These Homemade Beef Kebabs pair beautifully with Australian Shiraz and GSM blends (Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre) from Australia, South Africa or Southern France.
An Australian Cabernet Sauvignon or Cabernet/Shiraz blend would also work very well here.
At a push, these kebabs would work OK with a dry, fruity rosé. But I would avoid white wine with beef kebabs.
Can you reheat Sheet Pan Kebabs?
Absolutely! Put any leftover kebabs into an airtight container and place in the fridge, where they will keep for up to 3 days.
To reheat, place in an oven preheated to 180C (160C fan / gas mark 4 / 350F) for 10 minutes, or until piping hot all the way through.
You can also reheat these kebabs in the microwave, if you prefer. (Again, make sure you reheat them until they are piping hot all the way through.)
Can you freeze Sheet Pan Kebabs?
Yes – Sheet Pan Kebabs freeze really well! Simply put any leftovers in a lidded container and place in the freezer where they will keep for up to 1 month.
Defrost overnight in the fridge and reheat as above, or eat cold.

- 3 garlic cloves grated or crushed
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon chilli flakes (or to taste)
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

- Place all the kebab ingredients in a large bowl and mix together thoroughly with your hands.
- Line a 35x25cm (14x10inch) sheet pan (aka baking sheet) with baking paper (optional).
- Place the beef mince mixture onto the sheet pan and press down until the mince reaches the sides of the baking sheet and is an even thickness all over.
- Use a knife to cut the mince into 8 kebabs widthways, then indent the mince all over with shallow lines, using a teaspoon. (This helps the kebabs cook more evenly.)
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the meat is nicely browned and fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven, cut into individual kebabs and serve with flatbreads, red onions, tomatoes and yogurt, garlic sauce or tzatziki.
