I ADORE guacamole, it’s just hands down one of my favourite foods. But guacamole can sometimes be a little time-consuming to make and involve a lot of chopping and mess… Not so with this Easy 4 Ingredient Guacamole!
This easy peasy guacamole can be made in just 5 minutes and only uses 4 ingredients: avocados, coriander, lime juice and salt… But don’t worry, there is no compromise on taste – it still tastes amazing!
How to make 4 Ingredient Guacamole
This guacamole recipe really could not be easier!
All you need to do is remove the skin and stones from the avocados and very roughly chop them. Then, place the chopped avocado in a bowl and roughly mash with the back of a fork until you achieve your preferred consistency. Next stir in the chopped coriander, salt and lime juice. Finally, garnish with more coriander and you are done – easy peasy!

What to do with leftover guacamole
Guacamole is best made fresh but, if you find yourself with leftovers, simply place the leftover guacamole in a lidded container in the fridge, where it will keep for a couple of days.

No, guacamole does not freeze well.

Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados skin and stones removed, and roughly chopped
