Pink Taco Sauce

This Easy Pink Taco Sauce takes less than 5 minutes to make and uses just 3 ingredients: sour cream, hot sauce and tomato puree – but it delivers delicious results every time. The perfect topping for any taco, but it goes especially well with Prawn Tacos!

Ingredients

  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon tomato puree
  • 4 teaspoons hot sauce or to taste (I use Cholula Original)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Serve with tacos, fajitas and other Mexican / Tex-Mex dishes.
