You're either going to love it or hate it, but if you like Brussels sprouts AND blue cheese, you are going to LOVE my Pan Fried Sprouts with Walnuts, Honey and Stilton. This is one of those recipes I just can't stop eating!
Place your sprouts in a frying pan. Drizzle over 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle over a little salt and pepper. Toss the sprouts in the oil and then fry over a low heat for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes add the walnuts and honey. Turn up the heat to medium and fry for a further 5 minutes. Serve sprinkled with the crumbled blue stilton.
