Ingredients
2big handfuls of spinach
2small handfuls frozen mango chunks
2small handfuls fresh pineapple(approx. two slices, skin chopped off and diced)
2small handfuls cashew nuts
1medium bananapeeled and cut in half
500mlcoconut milk(I like Rude Health Coconut Drink)
Place all the ingredients into in a high speed blender or smoothie maker and whizz until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!!
